This place is impressive with beautiful rooms and a fantastic bathroom as well as a nice pool and convenient on-site parking.

The hotel location was comfortable easy to get a taxi to airport. Everything was very good, huge and extremely pleasant room with club lounge access.

The location is the best. Near to several shopping malls ans a lot of fast food resturants nearby like mac and KFC.

The Check-in and Check-out is too slow. The staff are too slow. Not easy to get taxi and have to wait long time to get a taxi. The lobby is smelly and all the food smell from the first floor restuarant comes to the lobby. No swimming pool which is a shame for a 5 star hotel. The hotel is opened for more than one year and still the pool under construction. Generally , there are better hotels with the same rate nearby the same area.

Superbly located in the heart of the financial district, with excellent metro access. The staff provided mind-blowing service and spoke great English. The spacious and modern rooms were jaw-dropping, and the breakfast was a welcome change from Chinese food. The hotel also offers a fantastic outdoor swimming pool, spa facilities, and access to the Club Lounge. Would definitely stay here again! The place is clean. the staff on the night shift are very good and really kind. the breakfast is delicious and very good, with fantastic food. the hotel is conveniently located in the Shopping Districts and offers free on-site parking.

The breakfast was delicious and very very good, the check in was efficient. My reasonably spacious room included exceptionally comfortable bed, a walk in closet, a writing desk and a chair. Location: the hotel was near to a mall and plenty of shops and restaurants, popular shopping centre and the wholesale markets of Guangzhou.

The staff was very efficient. the room was new-fashioned. - the breakfast was served in the club and the food was good. - It had a central location close to Grandview Mall. - the hotel was in a shopping area, really close to Tee Mall and many other shopping areas. - There were so many shops and restaurants nearby, as well as the subway station, which was very helpful on a rainy day.
